About the Role
The role blends technical and administrative functions, primarily providing office support for general construction and construction‑management projects so Project Managers can focus on high‑level matters. It serves as a liaison with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Support Project Managers with bids and projects • Track job labor and budget • Organize and maintain project files and reports • Process payment requests and lien waivers • Request and monitor subcontractor certificates of insurance • Prepare, edit, and distribute draft and final reports • Set up vendor accounts, contracts, and purchase orders • Assemble progress reports for Owner submission • Assist in acquiring project permits • Build effective relationships with diverse businesses and individuals • Provide top‑notch customer service • Organize and maintain filing systems • Deliver accurate work products promptly • Perform basic bookkeeping for office and client projects • Support computer equipment setup and updates
