Front‑desk receptionist handling calls, visitors, and basic escrow admin tasks.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Greet customers and personnel in the office • Answer incoming phone calls • Keep reception area clean and well organized • Monitor and distribute courier deliveries • Maintain and order office supplies • Deliver to/pickup from agents, attorneys, clients, etc., if applicable • Prepare earnest money receipts • Send prepared “Thank You” notes/opening letters to agents, if applicable • Open, sort and file daily mail • Prepare payoff/assumption statement requests • Work overtime hours as requested in advance by the Branch Manager

What You Bring
