About the Role
Building cleaning workers are tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of various commercial and institutional spaces. They ensure that areas such as offices, bathrooms, lobbies, elevators, and other work environments remain clean and orderly. • Clean offices, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas. • Wet‑ or dry‑mop floors, shampoo rugs, wash walls and glass, and perform pressure washing, gum and graffiti removal. • Perform minor repairs, painting, carpentry, replenish bathroom supplies, and handle landscaping and snow removal. • Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors, lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim. • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies, and dust furniture and equipment. • Replace light bulbs and transport small equipment or tools between departments. • Set up tables and chairs for meetings, auditoriums, or events.

What You Bring
Applicants should possess a high school education or equivalent experience and demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety. Basic proficiency in English is required. • Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience). • Less than one year of prior experience in commercial or multi‑unit residential property cleaning. • Required attributes: dependability, teamwork, ethical behavior, adherence to policies and safety procedures, and basic English communication skills.
