About the Role
The Community Manager reports to the Regional Manager and oversees all on‑site operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration and risk management. The role requires daily attendance, staff supervision, financial stewardship, strategic leasing, resident satisfaction and emergency response. The manager ensures compliance with Asset policies, safety standards and fair‑housing regulations. • Supervise on‑site staff, handling hiring, training, coaching, scheduling and performance issues. • Manage property finances, develop budgets, control costs, oversee rent collection and vendor invoice processing. • Lead leasing efforts, create annual marketing plans, retain residents through programs and address resident concerns. • Oversee administrative and maintenance operations, ensure accurate reporting, respond to emergencies, and maintain property appearance. • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, company policies and risk‑management procedures. • Maintain reliable transportation for on‑call emergency response.

What You Bring
• Possess high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 1‑4 years housing industry experience, and CAM or ARM certification preferred. • Demonstrate proficiency with on‑site software and basic computer skills. • Meet physical demands such as standing, lifting up to 25 lb, climbing ladders, and working in various environmental conditions.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually and includes a comprehensive total‑rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) matching, paid sick days, holidays and performance‑based bonuses.
