About the Role
The role involves installing, servicing, and programming card access, CCTV, intrusion alarm, and electronic fire alarm systems at customer sites. You will lead installation technicians, manage project schedules, and communicate progress through regular meetings and reports. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics and technical manuals is essential for successful execution. • Install, troubleshoot, and service card access, CCTV, intrusion and fire alarm systems at customer sites. • Lead, mentor, and oversee installation technicians while managing project timelines and reporting. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, submittals, and technical manuals. • Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and use test equipment such as multimeters and digital analyzers. • Provide exceptional customer service and obtain client sign‑off upon project completion. • Maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to service calls.

What You Bring
Candidates must bring at least ten years of security industry experience, including hands‑on work with card access and CCTV systems, and be able to mentor junior technicians. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in IT or electronics and NICET certification are preferred. Physical stamina to lift 50‑70 lb, work at heights up to 40 ft, and navigate confined spaces, along with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, are mandatory. • Require 10+ years of security industry experience with card access, CCTV, and intrusion systems. • Capable of lifting 50‑70 lb, working at heights up to 40 ft, and performing physical labor in confined spaces. • Possess strong organizational skills, safety awareness, and a valid driver’s license. • Preferred NICET certification, associate degree in IT/Electronics, fire‑alarm and networking experience.
