About the Role
• Oversee contract drafting, negotiation, execution, and closeout for data‑center projects. • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and ensure regulatory compliance. • Lead end‑to‑end RFP processes for construction, equipment, and professional services. • Coordinate with internal (procurement, legal, project management) and external partners (contractors, vendors). • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and stakeholders. • Support cost estimation, change order management, and track contract performance against KPIs. • Develop and improve contract management processes, tools, and SOX controls. • Manage claims, dispute resolution, and provide training on contract compliance. • Maintain accurate contract documentation and audit trails. • Participate in vendor pre‑qualification and selection from a contractual perspective.

What You Bring
The Data Center team seeks an experienced Contract & Procurement Administration professional to manage the full contract lifecycle for data‑center construction projects. The role collaborates closely with procurement, legal, and construction teams, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with corporate governance, including SOX controls. It also requires on‑site presence in Mt. Pleasant, WI, 3‑5 days per week. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Cost Management or related field. • Demonstrated contract management experience in construction/infrastructure, preferably data‑center projects. • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore). • Knowledge of commercial construction contracts, contract types, and delivery methods. • Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and cost review processes. • Professional certifications (MRICS, CCM, PMP, CPCM) are a plus. • Ability to be on‑site in Mt. Pleasant, WI 3‑5 days per week.
