About the Role
As a Canvass Manager, you will lead a team of door‑to‑door marketers, recruit and train high‑performing staff, and motivate them to drive lead generation and local awareness. What You Bring
• Valid driver’s license required. • Experience in face‑to‑face marketing, canvassing or lead setting preferred. • Prior leadership experience and proven ability to build high‑performing teams. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to stand, walk 6‑8 hours daily, work outdoors in various weather, and perform physical tasks such as stooping and bending.
