Candidates should have at least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to meet sales and service goals are required. Leasing or property‑management experience, knowledge of OneSite or Yield Star, and Spanish bilingualism are considered advantageous. The position involves intermittent sedentary work combined with frequent mobility to tour apartments, climb stairs, and conduct outdoor inspections. Employees must handle repetitive hand‑wrist motions, exposure to varied weather conditions, and occasional travel, including weekend and holiday schedules. Emotional stability, personal maturity, and adherence to safety protocols are critical for managing stressful and unpredictable situations.
