About the Role
• Oversee day‑to‑day production operations for all bathroom installations. • Coordinate and schedule three full‑time installation crews to meet weekly production goals. • Lead installer training, onboarding, and ongoing skill development. • Act as the primary escalation point for job‑site issues and technical challenges. • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and provide hands‑on support. • Ensure all installations comply with South Carolina plumbing codes, company standards, and safety requirements. • Communicate professionally with homeowners, addressing questions or concerns promptly. • Maintain 100 % customer satisfaction and uphold the company's 5‑star reputation. • Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, material ordering, and job staging. • Receive, inspect, and organize supplier deliveries and ensure correct materials are staged for each job. • Coordinate timelines between sales, production, and installers to ensure smooth job flow. • Monitor installer performance, job completion times, and overall team productivity.

This full‑time, hands‑on leadership role manages three installation crews, oversees daily production, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The manager will also train teams, solve on‑site problems, and interact directly with homeowners to deliver a superior installation experience. • Active South Carolina plumbing license. • Strong background in bathroom remodeling, plumbing, construction, or installation management. • Proven experience managing multiple crews and residential projects simultaneously. • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills. • Strong problem‑solving abilities with a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented approach. • Exceptional customer service experience working directly with homeowners, especially retirees. • Highly organized with strong scheduling, planning, and time‑management abilities. • Ability to manage inventory, materials, and logistics effectively. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Residence in or willingness to relocate to Beaufort County.
