About the Role
The operator is responsible for safely operating the dozer/excavator, performing equipment checks, signaling truck drivers for loading, avoiding hazards, and conducting routine maintenance. • Conduct safety and maintenance checks on equipment and operate machinery. • Signal truck drivers to position trucks for loading dirt, rocks, and other materials. • Avoid potential hazards and obstructions such as utility lines, other equipment, and falling objects. • Perform equipment maintenance, including oiling, greasing, and necessary adjustments.

What You Bring
Our company is searching for an experienced Dozer/Excavator Operator to join our team. This role operates levels, scoops soil, and controls the direction and angle of the equipment to move rocks and debris. The individual operates a crawler or rubber‑tired machine mounted with an excavator bucket used for excavating ditches, structures and mass excavations, laying pipe and precast concrete structures, loading trucks. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience or training, and be physically capable of performing demanding tasks in various weather conditions. • One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 lb, work at heights, in confined spaces, and in all weather conditions.
