About the Role
The Aerial Lineman supports overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber services, performing pole climbs or bucket‑truck work to install, relocate, and maintain aerial plants, reading schematics, and troubleshooting field issues. • Climb poles or operate a bucket truck to install, relocate, and maintain aerial plants • Troubleshoot problems that arise in the field • Maintain a safety‑focused daily routine • Apply strong problem‑solving skills in a hands‑on manner
