About the Role
The Home Building Team Members perform manufacturing production operations assigned to each department in the home‑building process and follow standard production methods and safe work habits to ensure efficiency and safety. • Practice safe work habits and observe OSHA regulations to keep production efficient and safe. • Collaborate in a team environment to produce quality products while meeting productivity goals. • Protect company physical assets, report maintenance needs, and keep work areas clean and orderly. • Assist managers in planning manufacturing activities by communicating material shortages, tool maintenance needs, and quality or productivity issues.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED, be versatile enough to move between departments, and demonstrate clear communication skills. The ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is highly desired, and the role requires physical capability to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 pounds. No travel is required.
