About the Role
In this position you will fill orders using a scanner gun, manually lift cases or buckets onto pallets, and operate a rider jack to transport pallets to the loading department. Your work will keep the shipping operation running smoothly, ensuring drivers stay on schedule and paint reaches stores promptly. • Scan orders and manually load items onto pallets using a rider jack. • Deliver pallets to the loading department to keep drivers on schedule. • Complete safety training, attend shift‑start stretch meetings, and wear required PPE (steel‑toed shoes). • Maintain a clean work environment in the warehouse.

What You Bring

A high school diploma or GED is required, but no prior experience in paint or warehousing is necessary as training will be provided. All new hires must complete comprehensive safety training, attend daily stretch meetings, and wear required personal protective equipment such as steel‑toed shoes. Compensation includes a base rate of $21.50 per hour with a $3 per hour shift differential for shifts starting after noon, plus quarterly bonus opportunities.
