About the Role

The role involves designing site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems using Civil 3D, performing engineering calculations, preparing specifications and construction documents, conducting research, assisting with cost estimates and construction planning, supporting field inspections, and collaborating with clients and internal teams. • Design site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems using Civil 3D and other modeling tools. • Perform engineering calculations and solve design challenges. • Prepare technical specifications and construction documents. • Conduct research and write objective reports to support project completion. • Assist with cost estimates and construction planning. • Support field inspections and data collection. • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and senior engineers to deliver high‑quality results.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, have at least two years of land development experience, and preferably hold EIT certification. Proficiency in Civil 3D or other CAD software, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are required. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of land development engineering experience (residential, commercial, or mixed‑use). • EIT certification preferred. • Proficiency in Civil 3D or other CAD software. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
