Job Highlights
About the Role
Drivers are responsible for safely operating a heavy‑duty truck on assigned routes, following all federal, state and company safety regulations. • Operate heavy‑duty truck safely following OSHA, DOT and company regulations. • Complete pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections using DVIR and report issues promptly. • Notify Route Manager or Dispatch of unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, or service calls. • Follow route assignments, dump containers, clean sites, and position containers correctly. • Submit customer tickets for excess yardage and complete end‑of‑route documentation. • Collaborate with Route Managers to improve route efficiency and address problem accounts. • Assist other drivers as directed and participate in required trainings, briefings, and meetings.

What You Bring
Candidates may need a REAL ID or an approved alternative for air travel or access to federal property, and must be willing to obtain one if required. Our drivers are professional, well‑trained, and home on nights and weekends, serving as trusted members of the communities they serve. • Required: Valid Class B CDL, at least 1 year commercial or recent military driving experience, minimum age 21, legal work eligibility. • Preferred: High school diploma or GED. • Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, talking, and hearing.
