About the Role
In this role, the Leasing Consultant will manage the sales desk, engage with prospective and current residents, and support leasing operations while staying informed about market trends. • Operate a full sales desk, handling calls, leasing inquiries, providing community information, and scheduling appointments. • Show vacant apartments, explain pricing and lease terms, process rental applications, and negotiate lease renewals. • Record traffic/guest card data, send thank‑you notes, and perform timely follow‑up with prospects. • Monitor local market conditions and trends, and complete/review market survey information. • Communicate effectively with management, staff, and external contacts.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate strong customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills. • Hold a high school diploma (or equivalent) with aptitude for management, office administration, and mathematics. • Maintain at least two years of successful multi‑family sales experience, including lease‑up responsibilities. • Possess experience with lead management systems, preferably Onesite (TAA experience is a plus). • Bring at least one year of customer service background.
