About the Role

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of proprietary events, executive programs, and incentive travel aligned with strategic business priorities. • Translate business and marketing objectives into clear event strategies that reinforce brand story and customer value. • Partner with marketing, sales, communications, and executive offices to shape event goals, messaging, and attendee engagement. • Design and manage incentive travel programs, including destination analysis, experience design, partner management, and attendee support. • Oversee operational components: venue selection, contract negotiation, travel logistics, catering, transportation, onsite execution, and contingency planning. • Apply structured project management practices to ensure clarity, accountability, and readiness throughout planning phases. • Build and manage event budgets, forecast needs, track expenditures, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities. • Produce executive‑ready updates, dashboards, and post‑event reports highlighting impact, insights, and recommendations.

The US Innovation Experience Marketing team is looking for a seasoned Senior Events Specialist to design and deliver executive‑level marketing experiences, incentive travel programs, and high‑touch hospitality for C‑suite and VIP audiences. This role translates Schneider’s strategy, innovation, and brand story into live experiences and supports a broad portfolio of events, including industry trade shows, as business needs evolve. The specialist balances strategic vision with operational rigor to reflect Schneider’s commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer impact. • Adapt quickly to support additional formats such as industry trade shows and conferences. • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 6 years managing meetings, conferences, trade shows, and proprietary events. • Proven success delivering complex, high‑visibility events with multiple stakeholders and agency partners. • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging senior leaders. • Deep knowledge of trade‑show and proprietary event strategies, trends, and emerging technologies. • Proficiency with event management platforms such as Cvent. • CMP and/or CTMS certification strongly preferred. • Willingness to travel up to 30 % within the United States. • Detail‑oriented, proactive, solution‑focused, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Up to 30 % travel, including evenings and weekends as events require. • Ability to lift items up to 50 lb. • Fast‑paced, dynamic work setting.

The position offers a total compensation range of $101,600 to $152,400 per year, inclusive of base salary and short‑term incentive, with pay determined by performance, skills, experience, and education.
