What You Bring
The Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice (MRA) will learn to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic, mechanical, computer, and control systems in a complex fulfillment center through a mix of classroom instruction, labs, and on‑the‑job learning. After completing the 12‑week college program, the apprentice will transition to a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician role. • Communicate effectively within team environments during both classroom and on‑the‑job phases. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. • Achieve the required score on a Mechanical Aptitude Test. • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. • Ability to work flexible schedules, shifts, and locations. • Experience in electrical, mechanical, or controls field (preferred). • Ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lb regularly. • Wear required PPE such as hard hat, face shield, and composite toe shoes as needed.
