About the Role
• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and freight. • Operate ground support equipment. • Maintain safe airside operations in line with standards. • Obtain and retain a Defence security clearance. • Work for a recognized leader awarded Estate & Infrastructure Business of the Year 2025 and Prime Contractor of the Year 2024‑2025.

What You Bring
• Completed RIICBS316 – Conduct Pavement Sweeping Operations (desirable). • Airside Awareness Training. • Certificate II in Aviation (Ground Operations and Service) – recommended. • Airside Driver Authority (ADA) – recommended. • Knowledge of safe loading and unloading procedures. • Valid driver’s licence. • Australian citizenship (required for Defence security clearance). • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to high‑quality outcomes.
