About the Role

• Plan and organize work to maximize crew productivity; establish work and staffing plans for each project phase. • Communicate performance expectations for productivity, quality, and safety; monitor progress to meet schedule and financial goals. • Supervise field managers, schedule manpower and equipment, and mentor them in crew leadership. • Review job costs with Project Manager and Field Managers and adjust as needed. • Follow Allan Myers Safety Program, including pre‑planning, PPE, and accident investigation/reporting. • Coordinate with Field Managers, Superintendents, customers, owners, engineers and other construction team members. • Inspect construction work to ensure quality standards are met.

What You Bring

Allan Myers seeks a dedicated Construction Superintendent to join our elite team of professionals building innovative infrastructure projects. Our collaborative workforce is committed to working better, faster, and safer while delivering projects that matter and providing a pathway to the American Dream. • Demonstrate technical proficiency in bridge, highway, excavation, pipe, concrete, paving, grading, mechanical or related disciplines. • Understand project plans, specifications, estimates, man‑hour budgets and production rates. • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's in civil engineering or construction management preferred. • Minimum six years heavy civil construction experience, with at least two years as superintendent. • Experience across multiple trade disciplines preferred. • OSHA 30‑hour certification required (or obtain within six months of hire). • Valid driver’s license required.
