About the Role
In this position you will design experiences that integrate story, space, interaction, and technology. You will develop ideas through research, prototyping, visualization, and iteration, contributing to both strategic thinking and hands‑on making from concept to execution. Collaboration is central: you will work closely with interdisciplinary teammates—including designers, architects, technologists, fabricators, and clients—to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling experiences and design artifacts. What You Bring
The studio is looking for an Experience Designer who can think big and make ideas real. The role requires fluid movement across 2D and 3D, digital and physical mediums, and scales ranging from intimate interactive moments to city‑scale experience frameworks. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong follow‑through, comfortable with both conceptual problem‑solving and detailed execution. You should enjoy working across physical environments, digital interfaces, and hybrid experiences, and be curious, collaborative, and generous with ideas. We require 3–10 years of professional experience in experience design, exhibition design, environmental design, interaction design, architecture, industrial design, or a related field, and a portfolio that demonstrates work across experiences, environments, or interactive systems. Excellent visual communication skills—sketching, diagrams, modeling, storytelling—and proficiency with common design and prototyping tools are essential. Clear communication with team members and clients is also required. • Possess 3–10 years of experience in experience, exhibition, interaction, or related design fields. • Demonstrate excellent visual communication through sketching, diagrams, modeling, and storytelling. • Proficient with common design and prototyping tools and able to communicate ideas clearly.
