About the Role

The successful candidate will lead strategic planning, requirements gathering, technical evaluations, architecture reviews, project delivery, and ongoing support for enterprise IT solutions, including portals, web and mobile applications, identity and access management, and integration platforms. This includes providing informed technical direction, ensuring engineering quality, and enabling teams to adopt modern development methodologies. • Develop and execute the master plan and roadmap for B2B digital enterprise applications, aligning with organizational goals. • Lead deployment of digital platforms and services to improve operational efficiency and user experience. • Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, build business cases, and justify investments based on ROI and service‑level commitments. • Design, implement, and sustain enterprise IT solutions, ensuring system availability and performance. • Oversee change management, guaranteeing compliance with technical, functional, security, and regulatory requirements. • Manage vendor relationships, enforce SLAs, and foster continuous improvement. • Promote industry best practices in IT service management and agile delivery. • Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for modern architectures, automation, and scalable solutions.

The role requires deep hands‑on familiarity with software engineering practices such as agile and waterfall delivery models and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges. We seek a collaborative and inspiring leader with strong interpersonal skills and proven technical credibility, able to engage deeply with software developers, product owners, and vendors, translate business needs into sound technical approaches, and ensure delivered solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. The role also involves managing vendor partnerships, ensuring alignment with shared objectives, and driving excellence through clear targets, structured processes, and disciplined execution. • Hold a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. • Possess at least 8 years of experience leading large‑scale, business‑critical IT environments with AI/ML integration. • Demonstrate expertise in enterprise‑grade architectures (SOA, microservices, API gateways, mobile frameworks) and cybersecurity/identity management. • Have hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, automated deployments, and cloud‑native architectures. • Exhibit strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, including translating AI concepts into practical solutions. • Hold relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITSM, CITPM, CSPO, CSM) and be familiar with Java, JavaScript, Python, React Native, Node.js, and cloud technologies. • Display visionary leadership, integrity, collaboration, and the ability to build high‑performing teams.
