About the Role
The Maintenance Technician works on‑site to perform maintenance and grounds‑keeping tasks as directed by the supervisor. Responsibilities include completing daily work orders, conducting preventative maintenance, handling trash removal, repairing equipment, and other duties necessary to keep residential units and common areas operating smoothly. • Complete work orders for residential units and common areas • Repair plumbing leaks and broken pipes • Perform painting and drywall repairs • Follow preventive maintenance programs • Identify and repair safety hazards • Follow company safety policies • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems • Diagnose and repair appliances • Work full shifts on-site and be on‑call as needed • Provide support for move‑outs, turn, and move‑ins beyond regular hours • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb, including bending and stooping

What You Bring
• Voice to share perspectives • High school diploma or equivalent • 3+ years maintenance experience • Basic understanding of MEP systems • Knowledge of general maintenance methods • Manual dexterity and problem‑solving skills • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or attain within 3 months • Ability to use hand and power tools • Safe work practices and proper PPE use • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation • Advanced HVAC system knowledge • Working knowledge of tools, appliances, and devices • Experience with Entrata and Microsoft Office • Background in student housing or multifamily industries
