What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least two years of sales experience—preferably in flooring or home improvement—along with a genuine passion for design, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate confidently. Technical proficiency with tablets, CRMs (Salesforce), QuickBooks, and basic measuring tools, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, are also required. • 2+ years sales experience, preferably in flooring or home improvement • Genuine passion for flooring, design, and client transformation • Highly organized, detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through • Confident, personable communicator who builds trust • Tech‑savvy: proficient with tablets, Salesforce CRM, QuickBooks, and measuring tools • Self‑motivated and goal‑driven in a performance‑based role • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation (gas and mileage stipend provided) • Deliver white‑glove experience in showroom and in‑home consultations
