About the Role

A typical day involves establishing field staffing, managing on‑site activities, maintaining and communicating schedules, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, developing site‑specific safety plans, and inspecting work for compliance with project specifications. • Establish and manage field staffing and support. • Manage and facilitate all day‑to‑day activities on the project site. • Prepare, review, update, and analyze project schedules with subcontractors, vendors, and the project manager; communicate schedule changes. • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and laborers to meet project schedules. • Develop Site Specific Safety Plans with the Safety Manager and review them monthly. • Inspect work in place (shoring, placing, steel reinforcing, post‑tensioning, etc.) for compliance with specifications.

What You Bring

• Minimum eight years of progressive construction experience, including at least three years as an assistant superintendent on commercial projects (or equivalent education/experience). • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential company issues. • Strong written and oral communication skills with all organizational levels. • Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficiency in writing reports and business correspondence. • Ability to organize work, multitask, and consistently meet deadlines. • Capability to work independently. • Computer skills: Microsoft Office and ability to learn construction management software (e.g., Procore, P6). • Knowledge of various construction delivery systems. • Strong attention to detail. • OSHA 30 certification. • Current First Aid/CPR certification (within the past 24 months).
