About the Role

The Construction Supervisor supports all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, both aerial and underground. You are responsible for developing your team’s telecom construction skills, leading by example, driving deadlines, delivering quality projects, and providing high‑level customer service. You also give direction to multiple crews and their job‑site activities. • Develop team’s telecom construction skills (aerial & underground) • Lead by example and reinforce safety culture • Drive team to meet deadlines and ensure quality projects • Provide high‑level customer service during client interactions • Direct multiple crews and coordinate job‑site activities • Prioritize daily safety practices • Solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach • Coach, mentor, and develop team members

What You Bring

Successful candidates prioritize safety, have a proven record of high‑quality work, and enjoy hands‑on problem solving. Experience in telecom construction (coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading) and leadership of construction crews is required. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software is also needed. • Consistently deliver high‑quality work • Experience leading and supporting construction crews • Knowledge of coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading • Strong troubleshooting and field problem‑solving skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office and open to learning custom software • Relevant MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591)
