About the Role
• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism • Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting community lifestyle and value • Respond promptly to phone, email, and web inquiries • Convert leads to leases through follow‑up and relationship‑building • Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move‑in paperwork accurately • Contribute to occupancy and renewal goals • Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives • Address resident questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency • Maintain a clean, welcoming office and common areas • Assist with property marketing via social media and community outreach • Monitor local market trends and competitor properties • Participate in a career‑path program toward Assistant Community Manager • Utilize 24/7/365 telehealth services • Participate in retirement planning resources

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED. One year of customer‑service, sales, or apartment‑leasing experience is preferred but not required. A valid driver’s license is required, and a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) accreditation is a plus. • Communicate confidently in person, over the phone, and online • Deliver excellent, people‑focused service aligned with Live It culture • Hold a high school diploma or GED • Possess one year of customer‑service, sales, or leasing experience (preferred) • Maintain a valid driver’s license; CALP certification is a plus
