About the Role

What You Bring
WSP is launching a search for a Senior Technology Systems Engineer who can work from any WSP Federal office, including Dallas, Texas. The role supports the Federal Programs Team and contributes to meeting client objectives and solving challenges. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent) and have 7–10 years of experience designing structured cabling, AV, and security systems. Required certifications include a current BICSI RCDD, and proficiency with Autodesk Revit. Strong verbal and written communication, quality‑control of construction documents, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance are also required. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. • 7–10 years of experience designing structured cabling, AV, and electronic security systems. • Current BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification. • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, including model setup, linking, navigation, and troubleshooting. • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present design information to clients. • Experience creating and performing quality control of construction drawings and specifications. • Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

The expected salary range for all locations is $98,300‑$143,370, with a specific range of $98,300‑$134,550 for Colorado.
