About the Role
The role involves building long‑term relationships with general contractors, meeting decision makers to engineer door solutions, developing scopes of work, and managing every detail of the sales process from the initial call through closing, while providing accurate estimates and updating the CRM daily. • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with Denver‑area general contractors • Meet with decision makers to design door solutions for commercial facilities • Create scopes of work and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close • Produce timely, accurate estimates and proposals using Windows‑based sales tools • Update and maintain the CRM daily to track leads and activities • Participate in sales meetings and achieve management‑set sales targets

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have at least two years of outside sales experience with general contractors or industrial markets, a strong technical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and preferably a bachelor’s degree; blueprint reading and estimating experience are advantageous but not required. • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience serving general contractors or industrial markets • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude; ability to work with blueprints/plans • Valid driver’s license • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Ability to read blueprints and generate estimates (experience preferred but not required)
