About the Role

Location: Alexandria, VA. The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing the overall maintenance programs. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties. • Assist Service Manager with various tasks as needed. • Complete service requests accurately and timely. • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs. • Respond to automated service and emergency calls per company policy. • Assist with resident functions. • Participate in community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.

What You Bring
