About the Role

The specialist will handle material movement, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate closely with production teams to ensure materials are available when needed. This includes operating forklifts and pallet jacks, performing cycle counts, and supporting inventory audits while adhering to safety protocols. • Record inventory movements in WMS, maintaining real‑time stock levels. • Conduct cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories, reporting discrepancies. • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment with proper documentation. • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move and store materials. • Organize inventory for easy accessibility to production and operations. • Ensure material availability to meet production schedules. • Transfer materials between warehouse and production areas to maintain workflow. • Process inventory transactions such as adjustments, returns, and order fulfillment. • Participate in audits to verify inventory accuracy and compliance with safety/quality standards. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a hazard‑free work environment. • Generate inventory reports and support the Inventory Supervisor and Warehouse Manager with administrative tasks. • Regular team‑building and employee appreciation activities.

What You Bring

Candidates must be certified to operate forklifts, familiar with Warehouse Management Software, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of warehouse safety, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting are required, along with demonstrated teamwork and leadership potential. • Ability to lift up to 50 lb. • Certified forklift operator with experience handling material‑handling equipment. • Proficient with Warehouse Management Software and inventory tracking systems. • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation. • Strong attention to detail and proven record of improving inventory accuracy. • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices. • Ability to work in fast‑paced environment handling multiple tasks. • Demonstrated initiative, teamwork, and capacity to step into a leadership role.
