About the Role
This maternity‑leave contract is for a Talent Strategy, Planning and Execution role in the ANZ region, reporting to the P&C Director. The position is responsible for developing regional talent strategies, leading talent reviews, succession planning and aligning processes with global standards. • Develop and implement regional talent management strategies (Build/Buy/Borrow/Bot) aligned with global frameworks. • Lead cyclical talent reviews, succession planning and development processes for critical roles. • Analyse internal and external talent data to inform retention, succession and capability strategies. • Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and create actionable plans. • Maintain governance of talent review data and capture actionable insights. • Serve as primary liaison between ANZ region and global talent teams. • Oversee AECOM University learning governance, training procedures and learning hour allocation. • Coach top talent and embed talent principles across managers and leaders. • Identify, develop and retain high‑potential employees and future leaders. • Manage talent assessments, coaching setups and development planning. • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion in talent management. • Conduct and analyse pulse surveys, supporting regional action planning to improve engagement and retention. • Support ANZ performance and promotions reporting, including goal setting and evaluation reports. • Design and manage ANZ promotions process, communications and celebration events. • Produce regional ratings and promotions analysis, manage moderation actions. • Lead scheduling and delivery of Growing Professional Skills virtual trainings, mentoring and in‑person events for graduates and interns. • Manage onboarding materials and ensure consistent experience at scale. • Lead the Discover AECOM program governance, feedback analysis and propose improvements.

What You Bring
The role is based in Sydney, NSW, and requires a tertiary qualification in business or a related field plus seven or more years of relevant experience. Core skills include talent management, employee engagement, data storytelling, commercial acumen and project execution excellence. • Required: tertiary qualification in Business or related field and 7+ years relevant experience. • Skills: talent management, employee engagement, data storytelling (Excel, PowerPoint), commercial acumen, project execution, market‑trend awareness.
