About the Role
• Establish clear communication with engineering leadership • Assist maintenance staff on special projects • Maintain detailed English logs and inspection records • Perform painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown and popcorn ceiling work • Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high‑school diploma or GED, have at least three years of facilities‑maintenance experience, and meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders up to 40 ft and lifting up to 100 lb. Required certifications include EPA approval for split‑system units and Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
