About the Role

Key activities include geometric design of runways, taxiways, and aprons; bituminous and concrete pavement design; stormwater and utility infrastructure design; coordination with airports, airlines, the FAA, and other tenants; and construction administration/management. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a team that embraces new ideas to better serve airport clients. • Design and manage airport civil projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, pavements, stormwater, and utilities. • Coordinate project activities with airports, airlines, FAA, and other stakeholders. • Provide construction administration and management throughout project lifecycle. • Lead and develop projects of varying size and complexity as Project Manager or Engineer. • Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

What You Bring

Minimum qualifications require a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited) or an equivalent discipline, at least five years of experience with two years in airport design, and the ability to obtain a Professional Engineer license within six months. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited) with at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in airport design. • Obtain or possess a Professional Engineer license within six months of hire. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
