About the Role
Job Summary: The role supports warehouse operations by loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling, ensuring products are accurately prepared for pickup or delivery, secured for transport, and handled safely, efficiently, and dependably. • Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials in the warehouse and yard. • Securely package items for shipment or pickup using shrink wrap, strapping, or other protective methods. • Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping. • Install protective devices such as bracing or padding to prevent transport damage. • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. • Keep work area clean and organized, complying with safety policies. • Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders and locating materials. • Drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed. • Demonstrate safe operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

What You Bring
Work Environment: Work is performed in a comfortable setting but may involve temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions, with occasional overnight travel (<10%). Education and Experience: A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, along with 0‑2 years of relevant experience. • Understand basic shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures. • Exhibit strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Possess physical ability to lift and move heavy materials. • Work well in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
