About the Role
The Water Spider is responsible for moving materials to production lines and inventory locations, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and enabling production personnel to focus on value‑added work. The role includes root‑cause analysis of missing parts, verifying incoming materials, pulling and counting parts, and using M2M systems and basic computer applications. • Move materials to production lines and inventory locations • Perform shipping and receiving tasks to support production • Conduct root‑cause analysis and locate missing parts for job orders • Verify incoming materials, pull, pick, and count parts, noting discrepancies • Operate forklift and electric pallet jack as needed

What You Bring
The position requires operating a forklift and electric pallet jack, working autonomously without direct supervision, and lifting up to 50 lb. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, two years of warehouse experience, and proficiency with Microsoft applications; Lean or Six Sigma experience is preferred. Applicants must reside within 50 miles of Richmond, VA (except active‑duty military), as no relocation assistance is offered. • Utilize M2M systems, Excel, Outlook, and other basic computer applications • Lift up to 50 lb • Minimum high school diploma or GED • At least two years of warehouse experience • Preferred Lean or Six Sigma experience • Reside within 50 mi of Richmond, VA (active‑duty military exempt)
