About the Role

As a Transit Systems Section Manager you will lead a multidisciplinary production section, guiding staff development, profitability, morale, and quality while supporting marketing initiatives. The role combines project management, administrative oversight, client interaction, and collaboration with national directors and marketing teams. All employees share responsibility for maintaining an inclusive workplace where everyone feels empowered to contribute their authentic selves each day. • Oversee production section operations, including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support. • Serve as Project Manager, directing project production while handling management duties. • Manage administrative functions for section staff and technical services, coordinating with other sections. • Participate in marketing planning, proposal development, and client interviews. • Engage directly with industrial and public clients on marketing and project matters. • Ensure projects are planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated using proactive project management practices. • Implement, monitor, and support company policies. • Select, train, develop, and manage technical personnel. • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver project objectives. • Collaborate with National Directors and marketing staff on local and national initiatives. • Maintain required professional registration, license, or certification as applicable.

What You Bring
