About the Role
We are seeking application for the position of Structural Design Engineer for Building Structures. The role focuses on designing and analysing building structures. Develop and analyze structural designs for RC and steel structures, including Buildings (Industrial and Commercial), Foot overbridges (FOBs), UG Tanks etc. Perform detailed calculations for load distribution, stresses, and stability to ensure structural safety. Utilize advanced software tools such as Midas, STAAD Pro, ETABS, and AutoCAD for modeling and analysis. Prepare structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and design calculations from conceptual to detailed design, ensuring compliance with technical codes and specifications. Assist in preparing BOQs and technical specifications for tendering and oversee quality assurance for deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timely delivery of high‑quality output. • Design and analyze RC and steel building structures, foot overbridges, and underground tanks. • Conduct detailed load, stress, and stability calculations to ensure safety. • Use software such as Midas, STAAD Pro, ETABS, and AutoCAD for modeling and analysis. • Produce structural drawings, reinforcement details, and design calculations from concept to detailed design per code standards. • Prepare BOQs, technical specifications for tendering, and ensure quality assurance of deliverables.

What You Bring
CTR team in India is proficient in working on multi-disciplinary projects integrating Design, BIM and Drawing production in a seamless workflow incorporating different software. The technical and management teams within CTR get an opportunity to work and interact with other CTR teams within Systra Group from Paris, Poland, Dubai, Philippines and Brazil. Minimum 2–5 years experience in Structural Building Design with at least 1 year experience in International Projects is required. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is mandatory. Proficiency in structural analysis software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, Safe, Midas Civil, Midas Gen and AutoCAD, as well as BIM tools like Revit, is expected. Good communication skills and familiarity with international project delivery practices are also essential. • 2–5 years of structural building design experience, including at least 1 year on international projects. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. • Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, Safe, Midas Civil/Gen, AutoCAD, and BIM tools like Revit. • Strong communication skills and familiarity with international project delivery practices.
