About the Role
Under general direction, the specialist supplies Sales Agents with qualified prospects for timeshare presentations and event participation, while also providing general concierge services to members, owners, and guests by offering area information and booking activities before arrival. They deliver complete and accurate information on every telephone call, especially regarding tour presentations, accommodations, premiums, and promotions, assist guests with package inquiries, and handle dissatisfied guests by creating resolutions. • Call guests 45 days prior to confirm reservations and answer marketing package questions. • Welcome guests on arrival and arrange transportation for the timeshare tour. • Provide Sales Agents with qualified prospects for presentations and events. • Offer concierge services, including area information and activity bookings before arrival. • Give accurate phone support about tours, accommodations, premiums, and promotions. • Assist guests with inquiries related to their purchased vacation package. • Resolve complaints from dissatisfied guests and create appropriate solutions.
