About the Role
The Pool Attendant role focuses on delivering exceptional service at the poolside, creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. Successful candidates will bring enthusiasm for food and beverage service and a dedication to the Discovery Land Company standards. Team members will support daily operations, including opening and closing tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with inventory management, while upholding safety and age‑verification policies for alcoholic beverages. • Take food and drink orders, make recommendations, and process payments. • Serve guests at the pool, ensuring timely and friendly service. • Handle multiple tables, clean and clear tables, and restock supplies. • Assist with opening and closing duties, including ingredient preparation. • Verify age identification for alcohol service. • Maintain inventory of supplies and ingredients. • Stand, walk, and carry heavy trays; lift items up to 50 lb.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, be of legal drinking age, and have at least one year of serving experience in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—are required. • Minimum high school diploma; at least one year serving experience. • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess a positive, professional attitude. • Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment and stay calm under pressure. • English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
