About the Role

The Rail Business Development and Proposals team manages work‑winning activities across the UK rail sector, leading pursuits from capture through contract award, handling marketing, communications, brand management, knowledge management and supporting client account programmes. Aligned with APMP best practices, the team drives business improvement, implements new systems and processes, and works alongside technical and delivery colleagues to position WSP at the forefront of the sector and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
