About the Role
• Provide a high level of administrative support to a team of senior Engineering executives • Play a vital part in supporting various projects and programs • Collaborate closely with a team of Administrative Assistants who assist our office leadership • Be a key contributor to the leadership team, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently • Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of our office leadership team, including travel, expense, calendar, meeting and call scheduling, document preparation, and outgoing communications • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare initial drafts of minutes and summaries • Build strong working relationships with other administrative staff and senior leaders

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 9 years of experience supporting a senior executive team • Prior experience in a corporate environment is preferred • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Effective communication skills and an ability to build working relationships at all levels of the organization • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Problem-solving ability, with a resourceful can-do attitude • Familiarity with Concur is a plus
