About the Role
Key responsibilities include measuring and publishing facility performance metrics, developing and maintaining accurate equipment metadata, and managing work order creation, planning, updates, and closures. The administrator will also develop preventive maintenance plans, schedules, routes, and work packages, ensuring data accuracy for equipment, booked hours, parts usage, and work order comments. The role involves overseeing spare parts metadata, driving materials management processes in the facilities store, and maintaining 5S standards. Duties include generating requisitions, purchase orders, and receipts, conducting regular cycle counts, and providing data for corrective actions to reduce costs and improve parts quality. The administrator will collaborate with corporate EAM Business Analysts to implement new functionality, standardize object coding, and produce reports. They will also provide software training to end users and new administrators, act as a liaison for issue escalation, and coach staff on CMMS best practices. • Measure and publish facility performance indicator metrics and recommend improvements. • Maintain accurate equipment metadata in Infor EAM, including labeling and barcoding. • Create, update, and close work orders, ensuring proper planning and scheduling. • Develop and sustain preventive maintenance plans, schedules, routes, and work packages. • Review and validate work order details such as equipment, booked hours, parts usage, and closure codes. • Manage spare parts inventory metadata, optimizing minimum/maximum quantities and pricing. • Generate requisitions, purchase orders, and receipt entries in both EAM and Oracle systems. • Implement and uphold 5S standards in the facilities store and conduct regular cycle counts. • Collaborate with the facilities team to identify critical spares and reduce inventory costs. • Work with corporate EAM analysts to roll out new functionality, standard coding schemes, and reporting. • Provide end‑user training and onboarding for new CMMS administrators. • Coach staff on CMMS best practices and serve as liaison for issue escalation.

What You Bring
C&W Services, a division of Cushman & Wakefield, is seeking an experienced CMMS Administrator to manage asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory using Infor EAM software. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, with a compensation range of $24.65‑$29.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that starts on day one, including health, vision, dental, retirement plans, and paid time off. Applicants should have a 2‑year associate degree (or equivalent training) in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field, with 1‑3+ years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment and 4+ years working with enterprise asset management software. Desired qualifications include Infor EAM ASE certification, data analysis experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS tools.
