About the Role
The role of Fire Service Sales Representative focuses on promoting and selling service agreements for commercial building systems such as fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication, and inspections. The sales executive will build relationships with prospects, qualify buyers, develop proposals, conduct building surveys, and maintain accurate sales records, while supporting the service department in generating leads for upgrades. • Promote and sell service agreements for fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication, and inspection systems. • Establish contact with prospects, qualify potential buyers, and schedule sales calls using marketing strategies. • Develop and maintain a proposal backlog to meet sales plan objectives. • Conduct building surveys and prepare estimates. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, reports, expenses, and correspondence. • Support the service department by generating leads for service or equipment upgrades.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least three years of B2B sales experience, preferably in life safety or fire services, and a proven track record of prospecting, solution selling, and closing deals. Strong communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills are required, along with proficiency in Windows, Oracle, and Salesforce; a bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field is preferred. • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience; fire/life safety background preferred. • Demonstrated ability to prospect, solution‑sell, and close deals. • Strong professional communication, interpersonal, and time‑leadership skills. • Proficient with Windows, Oracle, and Salesforce; comfortable using personal computers. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline preferred.
