About the Role

In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end sales process for radiography systems, develop territory plans for core growth sectors, and collaborate with applications engineering, service, product management and commercial operations to deliver seamless customer experiences. • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to handover for new systems and upgrades in India. • Develop and execute territory plans targeting EV/battery, electronics, defence, aerospace, and academia sectors. • Generate new logo wins and expand share in key accounts through upgrades and software sales. • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecast quarterly results, and conduct regular opportunity reviews. • Position technical differentiators and industry applications to solve customer challenges. • Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Service, Product Management, and Commercial Operations for seamless handover. • Ensure compliance with deal risk checklists, ethics, trade, data policies, and public tender requirements.

What You Bring

To succeed, you should hold an engineering degree or diploma with 4–7 years of sourcing or mechanical/industrial engineering experience, possess strong business acumen, quantitative and presentation skills, and be proficient in ERP tools (SAP or Ariba) and MS Office. • Hold an engineering degree or diploma with 4–7 years of sourcing or mechanical/industrial engineering experience. • Valve manufacturing or foundry process experience is desirable. • Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Ariba. • Strong business acumen in inventory, planning and quality management. • Excellent quantitative, data analysis and presentation skills. • Effective interpersonal, leadership and communication abilities across global stakeholders. • Technical expertise with risk assessment capability. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and demonstrate the highest level of integrity.
