What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering or an equivalent discipline and have 10–12 years of relevant experience, including engineering requirements work. Extensive experience in oil‑field digitalization and strong knowledge of technical software applications and workflows are required. Excellent communication, interpersonal and people‑management skills are also essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field. • Possess 10–12 years of engineering experience, including requirements engineering. • Demonstrated extensive experience in oil‑field digitalization. • Proficient with technical software applications and workflow tools. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and people‑management abilities.
