About the Role
• Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft personnel • Implement pre‑construction quality plans and manage construction permits • Develop and maintain material tracking, test/inspection listings, concrete placement logs, and non‑conformance reports • Manage creation, distribution, and tracking of contract documents, including RFIs and correspondence • Oversee testing and inspection processes using a three‑phase inspection system • Process submittals promptly to align with the project schedule • Coordinate subcontractor insurance verification and final payment requests • Prepare and distribute RFIs and change orders while updating as‑built documents • Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels • Lead team members by example, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in construction‑related engineering or management, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong attention to detail across multiple project tasks. Desired skills include basic knowledge of construction law, proficiency with Microsoft Office and project‑specific web applications, and excellent teamwork, communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience • Valid driver’s license • Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple project tasks • Basic understanding of construction law and business practices • Strong teamwork, initiative, communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project/web applications • Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies • Active listening and openness to diverse input and feedback
