About the Role
We are seeking a Cook to join our team and prepare delicious meals for senior living residents, their families, and guests. Reporting to the Director of Culinary Services, the Cook will study recipes, set up menus, and ensure high‑quality dishes while adhering to sanitation regulations and record‑keeping, inventory, and compliance requirements. The role supports delivering a complete menu that delights our senior living community. • Prepare and serve high-quality meals, meeting special dietary and texture-modified requirements. • Follow HACCP, food safety, labeling, and storage protocols; maintain hot/cold temperature logs. • Keep accurate records of food preparation, inventory, receiving, and rotation.

What You Bring
• Maintain ServSafe certification (or obtain) and at least one year food‑preparation experience. • Possess high school diploma/GED and strong organizational, time‑management, problem‑solving skills. • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb and use proper body mechanics.
