About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role focuses on all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations, requiring regular on‑site attendance, lead generation, property tours, lease execution, and resident satisfaction initiatives. • Show, qualify, and lease prospective residents, completing all required paperwork. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing targets. • Address resident complaints, requests, and ensure overall satisfaction. • Develop and support resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Perform office, common area, and model unit upkeep and cleaning tasks. • Implement annual marketing plans, conduct market surveys, and produce weekly market reports. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request response times. • Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.

What You Bring

Benefits
Compensation includes an hourly wage of $20 to $22, a comprehensive total rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401(k) matching, commissions, performance bonuses, paid sick days, and company holidays.
Work Environment
