About the Role

The Geo Lead – Solutions Development, Mobile Technical Services role is based in Bangalore and will steer solutions development and sales excellence for JLL's Mobile Technical Services division across India. In this strategic position, you will lead the Solutions Development team, craft sales strategies that merge legacy building systems with advanced IoT platforms, and work closely with Integrated Facility Management, strategic partners, and client teams to deliver compelling value propositions. You will also build a robust network of partners, mentor team members, and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership. • Lead and manage the Solutions Development team for Mobile Engineering Services across India. • Design and execute sales strategies that integrate legacy building systems with IoT technologies. • Collaborate with Integrated Facility Management, strategic partners, and solution teams to craft client value propositions. • Maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure regulatory compliance. • Develop and nurture a network of strategic partners and suppliers to expand service capabilities. • Mentor team members to enhance technical, sales, and leadership skills. • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field (Master’s preferred) and brings at least seven years of service‑sales experience in HVAC, electrical, fire‑alarm, or OEM environments, plus a minimum of three years in a leadership role. Core competencies include improving sales efficiency, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency with project‑management tools. Deep industry specialization in HVAC, electrical, fire‑alarm systems, or OEMs is highly valued, while experience in Facilities Management offers a significant advantage for integrated service delivery and client relationship management. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering; Master’s preferred. • Minimum 7 years of service‑sales experience in HVAC, electrical, fire‑alarm, or OEM sectors. • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing sales and service delivery teams. • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. • Proficient with project‑management tools and methodologies.
